West Carleton Wolverines

Registration is a THREE-STEP process.

STEP 1: Ontario Football Alliance (OFA) Registration

2021 OFA Fees: $25.00 (This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE) Registration with OFA ensures that your child is insured prior to taking the field. Once you register with OFA you will be given an OFA number which is required for every year your child plays football.
  1. Click on the button below.
  2. Click on the 2021 Player Registration button
  3. Complete the required fields. If your child is returning, they will have an access code from previous years. You can get this access code by clicking on the “What’s my access code?” link at the bottom of the form. The code will be emailed to the email address attached to previous years registration with our club.
  4. New players will receive an access code upon the completion of their registration. Upon completion of registration and payment, you will be emailed a confirmation and your Player ID. You will need this Player ID for the next 2 steps of the registration.

Please keep your receipt with your  7 DIGIT Football Canada Registration ID Number.  You will also need it in the next 2 steps of registration.

STEP 2: National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) Registration

There are no fees attached to the NCAFA registration.
  1. Click on the button below.
  2. Select the program you are registering for (Girls Flag Football or Boys Flag Football)
  3. Select your region where you live.  If you live outside of the Wolverines territory and not in another territory you may register with the Wolverines.  For example, if you live in Renfrew, the Wolverines is your closest club.
  4. Select the Wolverines logo to open the NCAFA registration for our club.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete registration.  You will have some duplicate information required by NCAFA and the Wolverines.

STEP 3: Wolverines Registration and Payment

2021 Wolverines Fees: $175.00

REFUND POLICY: We realize we are currently in a holding pattern for Football but are planning on running a season when we are able to.  If we end up having to cancel the full season we will provide a full refund to our families.  Further changes to this refund policy will be made once our season begins.

  1. Select the program you wish to register your child in
  2. Complete the Player and Parent information.  You will then add the player registration to your cart. You will have some duplicate information required by NCAFA and the Wolverines.  If you have a second child to register you can add their information prior to going to your Cart and Checkout.
  3. Once you have completed your player(s) information you can proceed to your Cart and Checkout and complete your Billing Information.  You may choose to pay online with a credit card OR by e-transfer to Payments@westcarletonwolverines.com.

Registration will not be considered complete until the e-transfer payment is received.
