After Winter Workouts our Flag Season begins. We focus on age-specific teams and indoor practice sessions from the end of April until May 15th.
There will be 4-5 sessions, running 1 to 1.5 hrs in length.
After the middle of May expect 2 practices a week Monday to Thursday. Days and times of practice will be determined by the coaches and parents of each individual team. This is to make practices as flexible as possible for busy schedules.
